• Check-in: from 14:00 (2 PM)
• Check-out: before 12:00 PM
• Keys will be received from the manager or host upon arrival and must be returned at departure

• Maximum 4 guests for the mini flat
• Maximum 6 guests for the 2-bedroom flat
• Additional guests must be discussed and approved by the host
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the apartment
• No parties or events unless discussed and approved by the host

• Proof of ID must be provided to the host before arrival
• Maximum of 2 cars per flat can be parked inside the compound
• Strictly no smoking inside the flats — smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area
• You are responsible for the condition of the flat and furniture during your stay
• The flat must be returned in the same state it was received
• Damage will result in loss of deposit and possible legal proceedings
• Enjoy your stay, but please be mindful of the neighborhood (especially when playing music)
