CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: before 12:00pm
• Keys received from manager or host upon arrival, and returned upon departure

DURING YOUR STAY

• Maximum 4 guests for the mini flat, 6 for 2-bedroom flat
• Additional guests must be discussed and approved by the host
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside
• No parties or events unless approved by host

ADDITIONAL RULES / COMMENTS

• Proof of ID required before arrival
• Max 2 cars per unit inside the property
• Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area
• Guests are responsible for the care of the flat and furniture
• Any damage may result in loss of deposit and legal proceedings
• Please be mindful of the neighbourhood, especially regarding music volume
