Guest Policies
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: before 12:00 PM
- Keys are received from the manager or host upon arrival and must be returned to the manager or host upon departure.
During Your Stay
- Maximum 4 guests for the mini flat and 6 guests for the 2-bedroom flat. Additional guests must be discussed and approved by the host.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside the flats.
- No parties or events unless discussed and approved by the host.
Additional Rules & Comments
- Proof of ID must be provided to the host before arrival.
- Maximum of 2 cars per unit may park inside the property.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flats — only allowed in the designated smoking area located in the compound.
- Guests are responsible for the good care of the flat and furniture. The flat must be returned in the same condition it was received. Any damage will result in no return of the deposit and further proceedings if needed.
- Please be mindful of the neighborhood when playing music or making noise.
